You have to keep asking yourself is this easy, am I being challenged? We are the most adaptable species on the planet. We are designed to adapt to new stimulus. If you constantly struggle, constantly seek new challenge you will grow. What holds us back a lot of the time is fear. What if I fail? What if I look a fool? What if? While we sit there paralyzed by doubt the world keeps moving and opportunities pass us by. So I say to you today, try something new. Something you're bad at. Take a risk, CHALLENGE yourself! If you fail, oh well. You learn something new and tomorrow you can try again.
